Strong-willed? Most definitely not. She became completely unhinged as soon as her dad was deadified.

Carley, because she and Lee had the very beginning of a relationship when Lilly shot her. She saved his life twice, then he saved hers (dependent). Plus, the fact that she trusted him enough to keep his secret.

Lilly was never an option until Larry had died. Plus, she just felt a little too "we do this MY way"-ish for my Lee to even be her friend, then again, my choices probably affected my view of her.

Molly is a bit too much of a loner for there to even be a relationship possible. Christa is too judgemental and overbearing, while Katjaa is already married. Those two would be like Lee's wife and the senator, with Kenny playing the part of "angry Lee" when he found out. He never had a chance with Brie, as she was the contest winner and was going to die no matter what.

Since all of those people are either dead or gone, looks like Lee is going to be a bachelor for the rest of his (very short) life.

I'm with you, OP, but for different reasons.

I wasn't a fan of Carley/Lee as a romantic relationship for a lot of reasons, the main reason being I think they had a great friendship and I was really hoping that Telltale wouldn't force a romantic relationship between the two. There aren't a lot of strong "opposite sex" friendships in games that don't have the option of romance when both parties are single. I was really disappointed when it seems like no matter what you do, Lee tells Katjaa that he liked Carley after she dies. :/ There are other reasons why I don't like the pairing but I'll keep it to myself because I know I'm one of the like five people in the entire universe that doesn't ship it.

Katjaa and Christa are already taken for. I prefer Katjaa with Kenny and Christa with Omid. We don't know enough about Brie and it seems like she was with Vernon; not that it matters, because she's dead anyway.

Molly's interesting but I don't think she is in the right mindset to be in a relationship right now and to be quite frank Lee isn't dextrous enough to keep up with her. lol Also as much as she likes Clem, she has said a few times that she really prefers to be on her own.

It really does depend on the playthrough, and I've played loads of different ways... but in about half of the playthroughs, Lee/Lilly is a really interesting relationship that I would have greatly preferred over Lee/Carley. I think they're a better match in a lot of ways, in certain playthroughs. Obviously not in ones where you go hard for Kenny, but yeah. It's also obvious that Lilly cares a lot about Clementine... look at the end of episode 2. Is it Carley playing with Clementine in the video Jolene made? Is it Carley who gave Clementine hair ties for her sleep? Hmm... And just imagine the scene where Lilly leaves Lee and steals the RV if they had been romantic with each other. sigh

So tl;dr I voted for Lilly but I'm about 50/50 Lee being with Lilly and Lee being alone and focusing on raising Clementine.

i sort of agree, of all the available women Lee has met, lilly is more of a match for him, i dont know if she is older than carley but she seemed it (bit more mature before she went crazy), i just think molly is to young for Lee, he is like 38 or something and i think he acts like it, that is why even though i suspect she is dead Clementine's mum seems more of a match (if her husband is dead, did you see her husband?) she would totally go for lee if she thinks he took good care of Clementine

I thought it was rather disappointing that the player has no influence on the "Carley romance".
Play as scumbag Lee,Carley's best friend or just have Lee ignore her, as much as he can, and she will still think he's great?!

Tell her you trust her or not in episode 1(Carley will remember) and it won't make any difference to how she feels towards Lee.
I didn't want Telltale spending valuable time to do a "Mass effect" and allow Lee to choose a love interest but I do think that Carley's interest should of been player influenced for the sake of variety.

One small thing I did noticed in a playthrough: Even if Lee ignores Carley and her radio he still mentions if she can handle batteries in episode 2.Did she have another battery related issue in the previous three months?!

Between Molly and Lilly.

I think Lee would be the light in Lilly, and really change her and let her loosen up and relieve her of all the stress. I think she would be a great motherly-figure for Clementine, too, if given the chance.

And Molly and Lee's fighting styles together would be badass. They would be able to protect Clemmy-Cloo through anything and everything without even a scratch.

But in the end, I went for Lilly.
