Sorry, but even Vernon Can't save Lee from the Bite's infection. The only actual way to save him (but just for now; who knows, maybe there are other ways to survive the zombie's bite) is to amputate the infected Hand right after it was bitten. But he didn't chopped it off in time and maybe he has lost the last chance to survive. :/
