Hello, I've misplace my Sam & Max disk and the game will not let me beat the last episode (What's new Bezzlebub). Will telltale send me a replacement disk or will they do something else? If they don't help me, can I just buy that episode as a download?

If you bought the disc from the Telltale Store, you can download any episode from your "Your Games!" page.

Unfortunately I actually bought it at a market in Toronto. I assume since I didn't buy from telltale I won't get support, which is perfectly understandable. So is there a way to buy just 'What's new bezzlebub'?

Telltale used to sell individual episodes, but they no longer do.
MattP might be able might be able to help you if you send him a PM, but keep in mind that he's extremely busy with The Walking Dead right now.

I am in the same situation. I've lost the disc and was wondering what my options are other than buying the entire first season again. Do I need to send in the UPC or anything?
