Episodes wont work
I have seen other threads about this problem and they seem to be ignored. when I start episode 2 or even 3 I just get a blank black screen with a arrow i can move around and nothing happens. I have done everything i can think of, i re installed the game, and checked game cache, restarted the game from scratch, and more. so please help me get my game to work.

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps listed in the FAQ, please try reinstalling Steam, and if that doesn't work, completely remove the Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead folder. This will remove your saves as well.
