Can't play the game

Like many others, I thought I had downloaded episode 1 only to find nothing in the dashboard. I read that you need to get the demo first, well I can't find the demo.

I've taken photos of what I've done, please help:

So here I do a search, as you can see there is only one Walking Dead related game entry, no demo or anything else:

Here I am in the game, no option to manually download episode 1 or any demo or anything. Just a straightforward option to download.

Here it says install complete, after installing 2 tiny files, presumably just the theme and unlock key?

When you select Episode 1 there will be 2 files, the demo which is 430mb and the unlock key which is 2mb. If you bought the Season pass, there will be a 3rd file, the theme. You will need to download and install both the demo and the unlock key to play Episode 1. If you do not see the demo in the list for Episode 1, then please contact Sony and inform them of this.

Please note, we have verified that all files appear correctly on the North American store, but we are based in the US and can't view the Euro Store. If you live in Europe, please let us know, and send a screenshot of what is available for download under Episode 1, and we can contact Sony Europe in case this is not an isolated incident.

Matt, I confirm I had that problem on the Euro Store (I'm from Italy), but since I resolved it with the workaround described in the other thread, I don't know if it would be significant a screenshot taken from my PS3 (having the 430mb downloaded with another account, probably it would not be available anyway).
