Oh wait - I DON'T know any better.  Once upon a time I'd have said Doctor Who was my favourite show, but I don't really enjoy it as much as I used to. I guess the new companion might help change that. At the moment, I appear to be somewhat in love with Castle, so I guess you could say that's probably my favourite show right now.

Once you realize that it's not really a Sherlock Holmes show, just one about a British guy who's very observant, Elementary is really very watchable.

My all time favorite show is The Prisoner, a British show from the 60s/70s about a spy imprisoned for reasons he doesn't know, held on an island until he confesses the secret he's unaware of, and makes repeated attempts to escape even while living in some alternate reality.
