I don't think it was spoken in the game, but was her parents last name ever mentioned or written down somewhere?

yeah it would seem like a bit of a coincidence to have the same last name as the hotel your family stays at , i have even herd it said that Ed may not be the name of Clementine father considering she didn't call him her father

Yeah the Wiki had her last name as Marsh. They took the "Marsh House" note as referring to her house instead of the motel her parents were staying at.

Guys, remember when Clementine and Lee are on the train and Lee asks her if she can remember the name of the hotel they stayed at? How dumb would Clementine have to be not to remember a hotel with the same name as hers?

I doubt we'll find out her last name. There's no real need to.
