There are so many possible reasons for this:

1) Christa and Omid might have died
2) Clementine might not have wanted to go
3) After waiting a while (this includes all the time Lee was passed out after he fainted in the streets) Omid and Christa might have decided to leave assuming the worst ** best explanation**
4) The only way out for Clem may have been another way
5) She could have been on her way there.
6) I would say there is a HIGH possibility that the two people in the after credits scene is them so you could be wrong.

Makes the most sense. I had Christa and Omid look for Clem and Lee. However when he passed out they probably thought the worst and had no choice but to leave (There was A LOT of walkers.) It would have been suicide to stay.

However I also had Lee tell Clementine and Christa to stay out of the cities and go to the country sides. Which Christa agreed with.

If I wanted anyone to look after Clem after her death. It'd be Christa and Omid. As soon as you meet her. She was readily concerned for her safety.

It's always good to come onto these forums xD I love seeing these comment it wakes me up after doing long assignments, I don't even remember what I said I think I said to Christa and Omid go to the Marsh House then told Clem go to the countryside xD wasn't really thinking this through :')
