TWD Season 2 speculation/suggestion (merged threads)

Given that the chapters are noted as 6-10 it suggests there will be some connection to this series. Given the style used in most forms of the franchise I would say that it will start a few days before lee's death as Molly or some other Crawford survivor, as yet unmentioned, who will eventually find a companion on the way out of the city. By the end of the episode 6 they reach the hilly outskirts as one notices a silhouette in the distance, of course Clem, who will be reintergrated into the story. Perhaps the second surviver could be either Chrita or Omid based on a decision like the one between Doug and Carly.

I guess she would be like a "ebony" version of Laura Croft...so she would have a bit of a "trunk" and that would be allright...but I tell you what gentlemen. I wouldn't be able to stop seeing a 8 year old girl in that woman.

Umm... have you seen the females in this game? None of them were sexual in anyway. Whatsoever. None of them even showed ANY cleavage. TellTale wouldn't do that.

They may not have shown cleavage, but the unmarried female characters were all pretty hot. Especially Carley and Molly, who we were absolutely supposed to have a special affinity for.

Setting: about the time ricks group reaches the prison

We should play as a bandit Name Donald he became this cold hearted bastard after his entire family was eaten by zombies while escaping Atlanta. After he escapes he meats up with this guy who takes him to a group. Donald and the rest of the group then become like barbarians sacking other camps raiding and killing the men raping the woman and then trading them and children for other supplies they need.(i say this because it needs a way darker tones since the game is so happy compared to the comics.) but we take control of Donald in about the time rick and his group arrive at the prison. Donald and his group raid another camp. However he sees a child escaping he chases after it. He catches up and talks to the child bonding with her. He decides this girls different he decides to protect her since he reminds him if his sister that had died in atlanta. Taking her with him he decides to split from his group and keep this girl safe.(With this setting TT may be able to explore what happened to the woodbury survivors. Kirkman did say the were dead to him. We could also revisit characters that we seen before like glenn,hershal since they are not with rick at this time.)

No. They weren't. They were just female. Your brain interpreted them as such because of the limited range of other options. They weren't overly sexual in anyway.

Well the ending for the walking dead game season 1 ripped my heart out of my stomache and threw it on the ground and stomped on it till it was just a pile of mesh and gore.... And I'm sure the second season will do the same... Bt here's my idea on how it will do so. So lets start with the end of season one shall we? I chose to keep lee handcuffed to the chair or table thingy so she just ran off and left him and so she of course saw those 2 shadows on the hill. Okay so I believe your path in season 2 will be first of all determand on if u shot lee or left him. Considering I left him I believe that you start out as Clem and if you chose to make lee say to look for christa and omid , that she runs to them and there of course christa and omid... And you go for a while then your perspective changes to lees... Who wakes up to find his hand handcuffed to the table ( armless or not your choice ) and he has to start to look for Clem while still fighting the virus and it will turn out to be a story were you switch perspectives throughout your whole entire gameplay. I think that this would work out perfectly for the storyline! Any thoughts on this?????

That's the beauty of the game though.... The game is developed by your choices you make so why not make 2 different story lines?

Only character even remotely sexualised was Molly and that was because she was doing things with that doctor in hopes to keep her sister safe and it all happens off camera anyway, it's not like she was being overly sexualised for eye candy the way it was for her character was that she was doing it for the sake of someone else's survival.

Everyone else were just female, just because they were female does not mean they are classed as sex objects just because you found them attractive. Hell Brie was unmarried and hardly a looker and Christa was with Omid.

I don't understand. Why is Lee all of a sudden able to fight the infection when he clearly wasn't even able to walk anymore as a result of how much the infection is taking over him. To have Lee in the next season is wishful thinking, unfortunately, because he almost certainly will not (especially considering that the majority chose to shoot Lee and they wouldn't leave out such a big plot segment for a whole season. It will most likely follow Clementine on her journey or on an entirely new group that finds Clementine.

I really doubt that they’ll just leave the character of Clementine hanging after this. I they do do another character, then that means that they’ll have to go right back to basics.

Well I suppose I'm just wishful thinking but I really hope in some way that lee is in it in some way.... And yeah that would suck for them but think about it!! Why at the end did u tell her to do all of those things?! ( like go find christa and omid ) and plus it said that she would remember that maybe those last few choices will form your beginning for season 2 I mean why else would they make you tell her what u did?

You have a good point dude I just think that it's odd and un-filling that after spending. About 48 hours of my life that I just kinda.... Die you know man I just feel like there's gotta be more to it It just wouldn't feel right playing as Clem without lee

If that's not the case, a lot of the story notifications in Episode 5 meant nothing. Multiple times it said "Omid and Christa will remember that" or "Clementine will remember this". Add in the intentional cliffhanger epilogue of the season (Clementine seeing two shadowy figures in the distance), and just think: If Season 2 were to be entirely new characters, with everything from Season 1 forgotten, how would that not be a letdown of an ending for Season 1, considering all the "remembering" the characters did? Plus, we still don't know what became of people like Molly or Vernon.

...Even if there may not be a direct carryover (like the Mass Effect series), Season 2 must be some kind of tie-in with Season 1, for Telltale to end Season 1 like they did.

I believe we'll definitely see a continuation of the story, but I feel it will have very little to do with Clem. Maybe we take over the roll of Molly or perhaps Kenny survived? I was really puzzled about Kenny, he became such a huge part of the story then he's gone so quickly and abruptly. We don't see him die and for a main char like Kenny his death should be huge and graphic to add emotion to it all. Vernon and his group just weren't interesting enough to carry the story on so ill rule them out. There's also Lily who is MIA who could possibly come into play. The whole older Clem idea wouldn't work, to age her that much would put the story past the tv show/comic timeline.
