Setting: about the time ricks group reaches the prison

We should play as a bandit Name Donald he became this cold hearted bastard after his entire family was eaten by zombies while escaping Atlanta. After he escapes he meats up with this guy who takes him to a group. Donald and the rest of the group then become like barbarians sacking other camps raiding and killing the men raping the woman and then trading them and children for other supplies they need.(i say this because it needs a way darker tones since the game is so happy compared to the comics.) but we take control of Donald in about the time rick and his group arrive at the prison. Donald and his group raid another camp. However he sees a child escaping he chases after it. He catches up and talks to the child bonding with her. He decides this girls different he decides to protect her since he reminds him if his sister that had died in atlanta. Taking her with him he decides to split from his group and keep this girl safe.(With this setting TT may be able to explore what happened to the woodbury survivors. Kirkman did say the were dead to him. We could also revisit characters that we seen before like glenn,hershal since they are not with rick at this time.)

sure but that doesn´t really set a story now does it plus keeping people alive in the apocalypse is hard enough let alone bring something like a dog along. i would probably just keep it around to eat for later, which in turn could be a really cool in game decision.

Yes. Another thing that it needs to focus is realationships if dales gets that puss why cant a new guy get some.

Without the After Credits epilogue, I'd agree with you. Butthe epilogue was there to let us know she'll be in the second season. The "BAM" at the end is justthe proof that the story will go on about Clem'. This is the second season, not the second series. For those who knows the Walking Dead, comics or tv Show, it's pretty logical to go on with the same group of person, or what remains at least.

About the thread, I think that could be interesting to play Christa, since she's pregnant.

But we could also play a new survivor, and try to win Clem's trust, more or less easily, it'd depend or how Lee/We raised her up.

Clem intentionally misses shooting Lee on purpose (if you told her to shoot), then rejoins with Omid & Christa, tell them Lee is dead. Zombie Lee somehow finds his way to Clem and none of them can bear to put him down. Another survivor(s) shoot Zombie Lee as he is about to get to Clem, Christa, Omid. They join group/survivor
