Since finding Pistalibre's Journal I can't be in the jungle without the journal being up on (and obscuring most of) the screen. If I leave the jungle it will disappear but as soon as I renter it pops back up. How can I get the thing off my screen so I can finish playing the game? I assume it is a bug?

There should be an 'X' to close the journal. If not, click on the background edge outside of the journal to minimize it.

Nope, there's no X to close the journal & tapping the screen around the journal moves Guybrush around, doesn't close the journal at all, hun unh. Try again pls.

You can try loading a save prior to finding the journal and see if this issue occurs again. I do apologize if this does not fix the problem.

Yup that doesn't work either, every time I go to pick up the journal I get "stuck" with it

I don't know how to do that on an iPad but never mind because I just completed the game without picking up the journal, a workaround

If you press the Home and power button at the same time, the device will take a screenshot.

Same problem here - cannot get rid of the journal. It looks exactly the same all the time since tapping on it, but it stays on the screen regardless of where one goes in the jungle.
Is there a fix?

Is this what can I expect from Telltale? No updates, no answer...
I've got Jurassic Park, Monkey Island and Sam and Max. No more games from such good for nothing... and this is what an iOS developer say from you.
