Lets take this scenario, Lee gets his arm cut off in episode 5 and does get more time, lets say 24 more hours to live. How would you let the ending play out? Post your story here! Three rules:

1. Has to continue from the Jewelry store
2. Lee has to have his arm cut off
3. Lee must have the same fate, he cant survive in the end. IE must be left to turn or shot- not necessarily by Clem.

Most likely i would assume lee and clementine escape to the countryside and meet up with christa and omid(like planned). The four of them devise a decent plan that the 3 of them will go. Lee follows the until he can no longer move(like in the original ending) and its up to clemetine to either kill him or have them move on without him. If clementine shoots him, it shows lee's body fall backwards into a field of flowers with an illuminating light over him as it cuts to clementine crying. If they leave him then the 3 slowly walk away as lee closes his eyes and slowly drifts away as the infection takes over.

its the walking dead so its not supposed to end happy. Although lee still kept clementine alive and she is safe with omid and christa so for those 3 it is an ok ending.

lol that's my point, this is the happiest ending we would get with the walking dead :P But in the end if we had closure we wouldn't be as pumped to play season 2 would we? lol
