Comic book Lilly had maybe three lines before she probably died so, game Lilly I guess? I know there's some inconsistencies but at the end of the day they are the same character so...

I don't see why I can't choose both game and comic Lilly. Game Lilly was made with the intent that it would be the same Lilly from the comics.

I was expecting Lilly to make an appearance in the TV series ever since season 3 started. But since Lori died after baby Judith was born, I guess she won't be making an appearance anytime soon.
