People keep forgetting Telltale does have non-Walking Dead things to do.

We probably won't see Season 2 until Fables and King's Quest (and Poker Night 2, but that's a much smaller project) are finished. So my guess is sometime in 2014.

Could be wrong, though.

They have a lot of assets they can recycle such as walkers and old set pieces if they want to revisit old locations, so they may not have to necessarily make as much this time round if that's what they choose to do.

Late 2013 is my guess. They have Fables and King's Quest to do. But many people will want Sam and Max season 4, so that'll likely push the release date for season 2 to early-mid 2014.

I hear Sam And Max Season 4 is not even in development. Doesn't mean it won't ever happen, they're just busy elsewhere right now.

Expect TWD's runaway success to bump other things down the schedule, or even off it completely.

I hear a lot of people saying February for TWD2 but this sounds quite unreasonable to me. I'd say second half of 2013 at least.

I'm really really keen for Fables though.
