After Kenny's death (which ever one you see) Christa and Omid seem to be wary of Lee. With the "they will remember that" comments and their looks to each other, kind of lead me to believe that when Lee crosses the sign and are separated from him, they wait just long enough for Lee to be out of site, then ditch him.

I mean, here's a guy that decides to go on a suicide mission through a herd of walkers....they had to think at that moment that he's not going to make it. I think Christa would talk Omid into getting out of Savannah while Lee made a distraction. She is pregnant with Omid's child, they have to think about themselves, they've barely even been with the group but a few days...how much loyalty to the "group" do they really have?

To me this would explain why no matter where you tell them to meet you...that they aren't there.

I don't know if the two people on the hill at the very end are them or not, to be hopeful, I would like it to be them.

But I could also see season 2 starting out with Clementine having to run from "strangers" who are dangerous rather than finding Christa and Omid.

Just my thoughts.

Seems a little dark of Christa, she really wanted to help me find and save Clem. I doubt she'd use Lee going after her as a distraction to help themselves.

I honestly can't see Christa and Omid leaving Lee and especially Clementine behind. I mean if they were "thinking about themselves" then why did they even come with Lee to find Clementine in the first place? Why would Christa risk her and her baby's life trying to get Clementine's radio back? Christa and Omid acted very loyal and compassionate towards Lee, especially during this episode.

I am very certain that Season 2 will not open with Clementine at all. She may not even appear for several episodes. They want her fate to be mysterious to tantalise the player in to pushing on to find out what has become of her.
It's definitely not Christa and Omid on that hill, it would be completely anti-climactic.

I think Season 2 will open with Christa and Omid getting through whatever fiasco detained them in Savannah and then tracking Clementine.

Their reactions and sidelong glances at each other behind Lee's back.
They knew his clock was about out of time...how much of a chance did he really have?

They said early in their intro into the game that they believe being on their own was safer....this was a good time to get back to that, despite the hard choice of leaving Clementine out there...

Just saying it could explain a lot.

Er, if that were the case then why did Christa, a pregnant lady, jump down into a "maw of darkness full of walkers" without a seconds thought because Clementine's radio fill in there? It's evident she'd do anything for Clementine and deeply cares for her.

If you were correct I couldn't fathom how ridiculously disappointed in Telltale I would be for it would be so incredibly OOC for them.

I think Omid and Christa are some of the finest human beings we have met in the game thus far. We can count on them. They care for Clem and will not abandon her.

That being said, the city is overrun with walkers. I doubt the train depot is walker free. Anyone who is alive is running towards the countryside. That's where Clem, Omid and Christa stopped running long enough to pause and notice one another.

I'd think that Christa and Omid would have tried to look for Clem before they realized everything was a lost cause and hightail it to the country. They wouldn't seem like the ditching type. Then again, these two might be like Vernon...Who knows?

...I at least hope they saw Lee's rampage towards the Marsh House.

Until season 2 is released, this wait is going to suck.

I am also kind of wondering is maybe Christa didnt miscarry....
At the house when they are trying to break down the wall and Kenny offers the booze, she takes it after a few moments hesitation while omid is trying to get through the wall..

When Clem finally gets to the train she finds [USED] shells or bullets she finds two figures in the background might be them if you put the peices together the might have used them for THEIR final stand the two figures might be them as walkers
