Lightbulb Next Season ending song ideas

Okay so I'm sure that this topic doesn't include spoilers.. SO!
I'm pretty sure that by now everyone knows the legendary song "Take us back" that plays during the Season's end credits, so I was thinking "Why not add another touching and some what emotional song to Season 2's ending?" So I thought of the song "Hurt" By Johnny Cash, due to the song being very emotional and having a slight connection with a zombie apocalypse in my own opinion. So! I'm encouraging you guys to post some song ideas, tell me what you think of my song idea, etc. !

Songs:
Hurt - Johnny Cash
In My Life - Johnny Cash
Ain't No Grave - Johnny Cash
Don't Let Me Die Still Wondering - Flogging Molly
Maybe About Today - The National
Way To Fall - Starsailor
Help I'm alive - Metric
Hallelujah - Rufus Wainwright
A Great Day For Freedom - Pink Floyd
Yesterday - The Beatles
Blackbird - The Beatles
Clutch - The Regulator
Dragonfly - Martin Craft
Goodnight,Travel Well - The Killers
Maybe About Today - The National
Deadman's Gun - RDR
Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Georgia on my Mind - Ray Charles
He Will Open The Gate - The Bass Mountain Boys
Devil Got My Woman - Gregg Allman
If The World - Guns And Roses

So far I'm seeing tons of very fitting songs for TTG's Walking Dead!+

Let's get some voting done!

Of course Johnny Cash would be great, I love him but I would prefer an acoustic song. The season2 was not bad but also there I would have prefered an acoustic one. It just fits better to computer games, but that's just a personal opinion. Anyway you are right, this song would fit to such a game.

Don't Let Me Die Still Wondering - Flogging Molly could also be used; I would laugh because of the textline "But take my advice; you'll have to bury me twice Cause the first time I won't rest easily" lol
I know no song which would perfectly suit to a ZA game. Time to kill is now - Cannibal Corpse if everyone dies in the end^^

I see what your saying and I some what agree with the acoustic, but the song you suggested seems to have a rejoicing or celebration theme to it at least in my own opinion but I do enjoy it.

I've got three suggestions:

A Great Day for Freedom - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KWFwFJNI4U
Yesterday - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNnaxGFO18o
Blackbird - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7epRPz0LGPE

But since those are all super copyrighted, the chance they'd ever be considered would be pretty thin.

Maybe About Today by The National http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7T2135xCZQ

Heard it while watching Warrior, I instantly liked it.

I like both of your suggestions on every song, and that really sucks Higgs but maybe they could be added? If TT could find a way around it:S

I guess it all depends on how it ends. If it's a sad and hopeless ending:

Starsailor - Way To Fall
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NOabk7Lt2E

I think this song would be pretty fitting, honestly. It plays during the credits of Metal Gear Solid 3 as well and is pretty associated with that game now so it's probably not the best choice. Still I think it'd fit the mood.

Johnny Cash's version of In My Life
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4TUsng8nHk

A somber tone, but could also fit a hopeless ending as well as a more uplifting one. By uplifting, I mean maybe the protagonist survives despite the tragedy they will undoubtedly experience during the season.

This is considering the idea that season 2 would be emotional as season 1. Anyways, my season 2 ending song ideas would be:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtA7YIFapnY (Help I'm alive by Metric. This seems to fit into the tone of TWD very much.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQK4YfiPj1Q (Hallelujah by Rufus Wainwright. This song could actually be used with a somber-type ending.)

I see two Johnny Cash suggestions but not his song that fits the ZA best; Ain't no Grave.

Zeruis I like the two and I agree about if Season 2 is as emotion as Season 1, and Devlonir that's a good one.

I really liked some of the songs used for the TV Show, such as Clutch - The Regulator.

Used in Red Dead Redemption for a similarly bittersweet ending:

This years season ending song absolutely should've been Guns and Roses "If the world".

"If the world would end today
Then all the dreams we had would all just drift away
You know there's nothing more to say
If the world would end and our love slipped away"
