I have only played a little of MGS 2 & 4 but i'm going to try get into the series so i'm getting MGS HD Collection for the vita

I have yet to play any of the newest Metal Gear games (from 4 onwards), but I really enjoyed the Big Boss era in Metal Gear Solid 3 (which it seems this game (if it is Metal Gear Solid 5, which seems more than likely) continues).

In Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake mentioned he had some body parts replaced. It was an injoke to Kojima earlier work Snatcher but maybe its now canon.
