FFM is a little harder, unless you go to Japan. =)
The women adore you as a western. Find a female with a lady friend and chances are that they'll take you home. =D
You know this from personal experience?

Meh. Even that's not worth hitting the club a lot.

I thought so.

Also, (insert sodomy/gay joke here.)

I can't think of a proper funny joke atm, but your comment practically begs for one.

So... I'm really late to the discussion and I know I'm from Sin City and everything, but it's almost 2013 and we're STILL discussing homosexual relationships?
Seriously???
It's a biological occurrence to be attracted to the same gender. It's not gross, weird, blaspheme, or whatever. Same sex marriage has been legal over here since April 2001, but I don't have to tell you that gay people over here have been 'out' for a long time already. No one cares, even the religious political parties have accepted it.
I'm getting really tired of people treating homosexuality as a disease, it's not, like I said, it's a natural occurrence. It's not contagious and it does NOT make people less than other people.
Same sex marriage and especially homosexuality should be legal everywhere. Nothing will change and it will not affect the lives of heterosexual people at all. And for people who bring up religious arguments: Again, it's almost 2013. Time to accept science into your heart and not the words of some bearded drifters from 3000 years ago.
Let's start looking at each-others similarities instead of differences. That's much more interesting and useful.

Ah, but cancer is also a natural occurence, but it is also a disease. 8)

My opinion is that it is a disease. The definition of disease is "A disorder of structure or function in a human, animal, or plant", which, given that one of the functions of all life is to reproduce, definitely covers homosexuality. Hating on people on that basis is akin to hating on mothers who cannot bear children, which would be seen as obscene.

However, it is a disease that really shouldn't be the cause of all the hatred. It doesn't harm anyone, is 'uncurable' and should just be accepted for what it is: harmless. The world should let us get on with our lives. A homosexual bond can be just as strong as a hetero bond, and it should be recognised as such.

Of course homosexuality as a 'disease' can only be considered as such if you believe (as I do) that it is not a conscious decision. But a result of genetics and the environment in which you are brought up in. Circumstances out of your control.

I'm not sure you'd want to use the term "disease" though. There's no such thing as a good disease and, by definition, all diseases have adverse effects on the diseased. Homosexuality doesn't have an adverse effect - not a physical one, at least. It doesn't even really hinder reproduction. The need and desire to reproduce is still a part of many homosexuals (as many adopted children and surrogate mothers can attest to) and the ability to reproduce still exists. True, heterosexual desire is meant, from a natural standpoint, to increase reproduction but that doesn't mean that the desire to reproduce doesn't exist outside heterosexual desire.

Rather than a disease, I'd just call it a personality trait.

Yeah, disease seems to imply that it can (and should) be cured. I'd probably go with a genetic change. As far as I know, there's no "gay gene", but there are a series of genes that can be turned on or off during development that might be responsible for sexuality depending on the environment that the fetus is in. I believe I read something about the amount and types of hormones available during that time.

So you'd be hard pressed to call this a disease. It's about as much a genetic thing as what shade of color your hair is... because that's caused by a bunch of genes getting turned on and off as well.

Oh yeah, culture also plays a big part.

I can say that I personally know people who have threesomes, and I know enough that they're not making it up to impress me. (For some folks, it seems to be a way of life.) However, I do not personally know anyone who has won a big lottery prize, although it is possible I do but they're trying to keep it secret.

How many hoverhanders are there in this topic? I can verify that Ron Gilbert and Tim Schafer are hoverhanders. I hate hoverhanders.
