I assume you're talking about the glitch level? I've been working on it, but it's been insanely difficult.

Yes that one. I was wondering why you haven't had it on the map but then again it's not visible in the dark world.
And yes those are mean / only 3 lives

I actually unlocked it, quit for the night, came back to find it gone, and had to unlock it again.

It normally should stay unlocked on the normal world map.

Normally, yes, but I've also managed to enter a difficult to reach Warp Zone, die, and get returned to the world map on the empty spot where the warp should've been. When I moved, I couldn't get back to that space and had to unlock it again.

The glitch levels for the first two worlds are now permanently on my map.

I finally got the inFamous 2 platinum trophy...I think it just took me 6 playthroughs to get :/

Some more trophies/steam achievements i got.

Last Steam Achievement:Something in TF2 MVM.
Last PS3 Trophy: I think it was a trophy in Family Guy Back to the Multiverse for beating the Santa's Sweatshop level but i'm not sure.
Last Vita Trophy:Gravity Rush-''No Rest for the Virtuous''- I got it for beat Episode 21 and beating the game since Ep 21 is the last episode
