1. Rick Grimes: has always been the best leader (comics).
2. Lee Everett: he's not driven by emotions like Kenny and Lilly making him, in my opinion, a better leader then either of them. He'd make a better counsellor for a leader like Rick.
3. Kenny: episode one Kenny was an excellent leader. He's to prone to be ruled by his emotions to be a good, concrete leader.
4. Lilly Caul: I honestly don't think she's that good of a leader. She just creates drama and yells at everyone. She'd make a much better military expert in the group, giving tactics about the group's defenses, teaching people to shoot guns, et cetera

I like your opinions greatly.

Rick imo. I agreed with most of his decisions in the comics. He is the perfect mix. He can be the nice guy but he doesn't stop at making tough unpopular choices for the benefit of the group.

Lee, i don't know we didn't learn enough about him but to me he seemed like a bit weaker leader, not so good on taking responsibility and making the tough calls. He would make an awsome right hand though, a bit like what Tyrese used to be.

Lilly would be a horrible leader. she goes nuts way too fast and since day 1 was always raging and screaming. We need a calm and reasonable leader, pretty much the opposite of Lilliys trades.

Kenny- too selfish too be a group leader. It's him+family > dust > air > nothing > space > rest of the group. Also he is pretty heated most of the time.

Conclusion: Rick and Lee as his right hand

Lee. But I wouldn't argue if Lilly was the leader.

Rick made quite a bit of mistakes though, and they even took him out of the leader role and replaced it with a committee to make decisions for the group. He got a lot better in the later comics though. I think Lee is the best.

It's definitely between Rick and Lee.

Rick has shown that he values the safety of his entire group, at times going the extra mile to ensure that any danger is dealt with. He is a bold decision maker and I'd be able to rely on him both as a leader but a friend too.

Lee is a near perfect balance of loyal and firm. In a heated situation he can defuse the tension calmly and quickly, whilst looking at everybody's best interests. He has a proven sense of decency, equalled by his willingness to take control of even the worst situation.

Kenny is unpredictable, unreliable and stereotypical too. All credit to him for looking out four his family but if he sees somebody as a liability his quicker to cut them lose than fix the situation. Anything he perceives as danger to his safety or his families means that in a situation that requires co-operation, it's a losing battle.

Lily is not head strong enough to be a leader, she fell to bits at the passing of her father, whilst understandably crushing, she has a duty as leader to provide her group with a positive attitude or at the very least an indication that she is still in charge, instead of making blind accusations and killing innocent members of the group.

Based on that, I'd have to say Rick is for me at least the most reliable and trustworthy leader.

It's kind of pointless to make a poll on the official forums for the game. of course people will vote for Lee. Try less biased pollers. Personally I have seen both guys so I can objectively vote, but it wouldn't suprise me that a huge chunk of people just vote Lee without even ever reading the comics thus never experiencing that -while Lee is totally awsome- Rick is a better leader by a pretty big margin.

Hilariously, most other people on different forums are like "TWD? dafuq is dat shit"
