Sam and Max 101 Glitch - game ending

Hi all.

I'm currently experiencing a game ending glitch in Sam and Max 101 - Culture Shock. I'm at the point where as Sam, I'm trying to be diagnosed with Artificial Personality Disorder.

I've passed the Inkblot and Dream therapy, but during the Free Association, even after using the gun/fist on Sybil at anything hair dressing or dentistry, she keeps saying that I'm randomly violent with no real source. No matter how many times I've done it, she keeps saying that I'm randomly violent and won't give me the "pass" for word association

can anyone help?
