Since fans like this list and there's now a need to maintain it, I started a wiki page for it. I've added the first page as a start and to show the syntax, so please add your own.

Tell you the truth, the only reason I joined this forum (Website whatever) was to post my hardcover number, so that I can help make this list complete! My number is 2278. I had to pay for extra postage to the United Kingdom, so it ended up being quite an expensive purchase for me lol. Anyways, it was worth it though, the fantastic comic series that Sam and Max is, and especially since they are quite rare and hardly ever end up on Ebay, mwahahahaha
