Using the glass shard
During The Gauntlet right before he gets to the Marsh House, Lee's weapons are the cleaver and, if you kept his arm, the glass shard that he picks up. Whenever I get my rage on I try to find a way to use the glass shard, but every kill is with the cleaver. I know it's not that big a deal, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to switch between the two weapons just so I can try it out.

I played it on the iPad. he automatically used the glass shard no matter what lol
