Unhappy "Wrong" Region Format lets TWD Crash

hello
I don't know if anyone report this problem but my any my friend had the same problem


I bought the episodes pack but its immediately crash. now when I try to load the game app its give me the black screen then crash. I cannot load the game again

I reinstall serval times no good.
restore my backup no use

when I restore as new iPhone then download it. its work fine
I am guessing the hiding files 4 the game is infected. but I don't want to lose my information by not loading my old data

please help I been working on it 4 2 days

will guys I found the solution my self

I just simply change the iphone sitting to "region format: United States"

I guess not working with my country format

Default Finally The Solution for TWD Crashing and coming soon problem

Hello everyone
my name is Salama, I am from Saudi Arabia
English is not my native language so excuse my weak language

I bought this game before 4 weeks
and from that time I couldn't play it
some time it crash to the main screen
and other time just show me coming soon!

so the solution is to change " Region Format " to United States
as the picture below



and it should work .

Default Need solution

There has still been no answer to my problem. Mod, could you please find a solution for this? It is not acceptible that I pay for a game, then can't play it.
