Sure does. I didn't have to set anything up or anything and it works great.

so in end it has games window compatibility which mean it like dead rising 2 pc u can get achievement on it connect with xbox live

I found a way to get it working, you just have to press buttons on the controller before going to the main menu where it says press start.
Awesome. |

Can get it to work with a ps3 pad too. I prefer normal mouse/kb however, each to his own.

In the support forum there are a lot of people with trouble using their Xbox controller in windows 8 though. Beware for this...
