Default Canīt play episode 2 and 3 on TWD on my Mac

Greetings from Sweden.

I bought TWD from STEAM, i have a spanking new Macbook Pro so there shouldn't be a problem running the game.
I have played through episode 1 and when iīm going to play episode 2 i just get a black screen and i have to force a shutdown off the computer.
I get the same problem if i jump to episode 3 but i can play episode 4 and 5.
I bought the bundle pack from STEAM whit all 5 episodes and i have been in contact whit STEAM support and done all the steps they have suggested but when we couldn't solve the problem they asked me to contact you.

Please help me, i love the game and i really want to play the hole game through.

Thanks in advance
David

It's possible that your issue is caused by having multiple prefs.prop files, which sometimes happens for unknown reasons.
There should be only one prefs.prop, and that's in the savegame folder:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/TheWalkingDead/

Please check if there are additional prefs.prop files in the install folder
(e.g. \Steam\SteamApps\common\the walking dead)
or its subfolders.
If so, make a backup copy of the prefs.prop and delete it from the install folder.

If that doesn't help, make a backup copy of the savegame folder's prefs.prop, and then try copying the install folder prefs.prop to the savegame folder.
