The Walking Dead - Episode 2 Not Downloading

Hi! So for Christmas, my parents got me an iPhone 5. Later on I installed TWD game. I played through EP1, beat it, and all that jazz. I bought EP2 and the purchase was successful. I pressed 'Get' and it started to download. I left my phone alone so it could download. I checked back within 30 minutes, because I thought it had at least started to download, but no. It was still at 0%. The screen seemed frozen. I couldn't press anything, but sound was playing. I tried to turn off my phone, turn it on back, and try it again, but the same thing happened! I searched through the forums, and I could see other people were having similar problems. I even tried going to my friends house and tried to download it there. Same scenario. Please help! This game is awesome! REPLY! Thanks.

Purchased episode 2 can't download, on my ipad 2? keep on hanging up and freezes at 99% download! Tried for the nth time. Always the same. Been 3 days. im gonna look into your link - franzman.. Thanks.

Kinda complicated for a non techy person? can somebody provide a much easier walk through, if there is one? Pleasse..thank you.

Telltale doesn't have a fix for the iPad & iPhone yet. Just follow the recommended solution. Make sure you connect your iPad to your PC or Mac with the iPad USB.

You need to download the iExplorer, Python version 2.7.3, and the iOS downloader3. The iOS downloader 3 file is in the sticky thread.

i got the same problem on ipad 2 i pressed ur link to check but i got this error

I am using IPAD 4. Purchased episodes 2-5 tried all suggestions. Still says coming soon. I hope TTG gets this fixed soon. I bet they would have it fixed is my bank account would have posted Funds, Coming Soon!!

Been trying to download episode 2 for a couple of days now with no luck. I guess you can count me in with the ticked off crowd. This is lame, no reason for the silly thing to take this long to download and hey here is a clue, join the rest of the thinking developer world and CACHE WHAT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED. I have downloaded the same fricken 50% 10 times or more

Waited till midnight mst, turned my phone to airplane mode, turned wi-fi on and only then was I able to get the episodes download. My above comment about caching what is downloaded and then resume the download if it fails. It's not that hard to do.

It worked for me, but it shouldn't have to come down to "figuring it out," it should just work.
