Default Travis instead of Ben?

How do you think the game might have played out differently?

Do you think Travis was just a stupid teen like Ben, or do you think having had a "Dad in Special Forces" might have made him a more useful ally?

Ben was an easily panicking guy that perfectly knew he wasn't very useful.Travis was a complete moron that thought he was some kind of badass because "his dad was Special Forces".

He looked even more stupid than Ben. On the plus side of this he might have got himself killed before he could have any of Ben's negative effects.

Did you see how he was died? In first situation he was tripped on the stone (ok everybody could) The second situation he tryed to take Mark's rifle and received a bullet in the stomach He's dumb.

I cringe every time I see him die (the version where you save David - I never saw the other one), because it was just so stupid. He turned around, stood there for a good 2-3 seconds before backing away slowly and tripping over nothing. I know he had just finished throwing up from witnessing his teacher's leg being chopped off and was probably in shock, but there was more than enough time for him to get away. I don't think he would have been much different from Ben.

Travis was mr Doucheface. Dads in special forces... AND?
I trip on a rock when I could easily run to Ben. His death was dummer than Ducks tractor driving

It doesn't matter who his dad was. His dad isn't there.
Travis was as stupid and incompetent as Ben. Or even more, seeing how Ben managed to survive longer than 5 minutes with our group.

I believe he actually tripped on a tree stump if you save Mr. Parker.

I didn't realize he'd thrown up. It makes a little more sense now, because I wondered why he was lagging behind the group.

He's more annoying and stupider than Ben. Yes it's actually possible.

The moment he said his dad was in the Special Forces and that makes him an expert on human nature, I knew he was a tool.

Travis just led me to think Ben must have been the "smart" kid in class. Seriously, if Ben and Travis were the last two survivors in their class, imagine what the rest of those kids must have been like. That Parker guy must have had his hands full 24/7.

Travis was a tool. 'Shut up! My dad was special forces, I know what I'm doing' *seconds later falls over his own feet and dies in the most pathetic way.

I had totally forgotten of Travis's existence until i clicked on this thread...To bad we only got to see that one special forces technique where he trips over a rock and gets his face chewed off by zombies

Now now, that's not entirely true. If you fail to cut off Parker's leg, we see another one of Travis' legendary special forces technique. Specifically his special forces disarming technique where he acquires a bullet from Mark's gun by grabbing it by the barrel while a man has his finger on the trigger and forcibly pulling it, barrel first, towards his chest.

I actually had a similar theory. That school's test scores must have been awful.

Okay. The girls of the class all died in the gym, killed by reanimated Jenny Pitcher. I think the most of the rest of the class was killed by the bandits that raided their camps. So we can't tell if they are dumber. Probably not. They just had bad luck.
