I don't think it's ever said, but given the design of the hat, it's probably for a sports team, like the Dodgers.

could be a soccer team that starts with the letter D. Since she mentions she plays soccer, that would be my first guess.

it is a baseball cap. team remains unknown, thus far I can't recall any american baseball team that uses a font like that. but the font is extremely similar to the canadian Okotoks Dawgs baseball team.

Clems design is based on art director David Sakai's daughter. His daughter wears a similar hat. (Source).

Team has not been mentioned. Again, until anyone shows a better explanation I stick to my Okotoks Dawgs theory.
