Default Telltale support really slow?

Well I've been waiting over a week for a response from the support about my ToMI games. Also, I purchased the almost everything pack on Monday. My money was taken out of my account but I do not have any games to show for it. So, anyone else having problems like this or had them before? Really making me regret dealing with the company at the moment .....

Edit- 2441 - ToMI access issues sent on 1/22.
2544 - Almost everything charged to my account and no games in my list; sent on 1/28.

What does it show at your purchases page?

You should see the games there for download, and the invoices at the bottom.

If you don't see the games, and don't get an answer within a few days, please contact support@telltalegames.com and include your TTG Account name and the order id from the invoice.

Support has been contacted, I got 2 open supports so far and not a single response. So yeah ...

Edit- All it shows on my purchase page is the 1st episode of back to the future I used a coupon for when I bought the almost everything pack.

Please add your support ticket numbers from the E-Mail confirmations to the first post.

Sorry man, I realize it is not your fault and I am kind of being a jerk. I just hate to be ripped off or taken advantage of, and that is how it feels after I bought the almost everything. I can understand maybe ignoring me on the ToMI because I am trying to get access to an old account; but 48 hours delay on a new purchase is kind of sad. My first support ticket was 2441 and I haven't heard anything in over a week, it was regarding gaining access to ToMI. The other one I have going now is 2544 and it is regarding the almost everything pack being charged to my account and no games in my list.

There are sometimes issues with people not receiving the E-Mail responses from support, so there's a chance some responses are in the system already.
Please check if your spam filter caught the E-Mails somehow.

Anyway i have brought this thread up in our Mod Forum, so you should hopefully get access to your games soon.

I spent a while at my local bank branch today to see if I could figure out what the deal is. They claim the money left my account but did not get sent to Telltale. I guess they are waiting for you guys to initiate pulling it away from "financial limbo" or something. So yeah, do what you can please.

The bank finally canceled the transaction and refunded my money. Not sure if the fault was with you guys or the bank. Either way, can we delete this thread? I don't want it to look bad for your company.
