Default Order stuck in warehouse for 2+ months

Hi,

Just had a question regarding an order I'd placed back in early November.

Specifically, order #600187463338677.

It's been sitting at "order has been submitted to warehouse and will ship soon" for a while now. Didn't worry too much about it since I thought the holidays were causing some slowdowns even though we're long past the days when Telltale handled its own fulfillment.

Anyway, just occurred to me on seeing my credit card statement that I really should check back. Nothing's changed, apparently, so any idea what's holding things up?

I apologize for the delay. I have sent an inquiry to our Warehouse Manager and should have this sorted immediately. if your order has not yet shipped, it should ship out today.

Hate to bump this again, but...Any chance you guys could confirm that your fulfillment/warehouse people have gotten this taken care of?

Nothing's shown up as of yet, so thought I'd check on status.

Because I'm honestly starting to wonder what's going on.

I know I haven't gotten a response from Telltale in the past three weeks, and as far as I can tell no one else is either.

It's really bizarre, because I remember even when they had a handful of people, Telltale was insanely responsive to tech/shipping issues and support requests.

So the absolute silence has me baffled and more than a little concerned since, in my case, I'm long past the time that I could have reasonably asked my credit card company to a chargeback if that were the only option available.

What's going on, any idea at all?
