TWD: Support tool for information gathering

Sometimes we need certain information in order to provide support for The Walking Dead.
This tool gathers information, that's especially useful if you have issues with your savegames missing or not loading, but can help in other cases too.

The Support Tool is basically just a batch/script file that creates dxdiag/system_profiler info, searches for prefs.prop locations, and zips the information.

PC
Please download the PC Support Tool.
Then unzip "PC_Support_Tool.zip", run "create_support_data.bat" and follow the instructions on the screen. A "File not found" error can show up, but that's usually about no prefs.prop being in the install folder, and that's a good thing.

After running it, you should find a "support_data_pc.zip" in the same folder. Please attach that file to a new reply in your thread.

Mac
Please download the Mac Support Tool.
You should see the Mac_Support_Tool folder in your downloads. However, if you have disabled Safari's automatic unzipping, click the Mac_Support_Tool.zip to unzip.
Open the Mac_Support_Tool folder.
Double click on "create_support_data.sh.command". A window might pop up. Click "Open".

The script will run in a terminal window. Once it shows "Process Completed" you can close that window.
You should now find a "support_data_mac.zip" in the Mac_Support_Tool folder. Please attach that file to a new reply in your thread.
