What is the most horrible ending you can think of

Wow, a lot of people saying a Clem death would make a bad ending for them. I can understand why, but for me personally if there was one thing I could change about the ending it would at least be the choice of an alternate Clem death. I want the saddest endings possible in games and that would have been a lot sadder I'm sure!

Anyway, worst ending for me? All the walkers suddenly drop dead, a rainbow forms in the distance and Christa, Omid and Clem skip merrily into a happy ever after...

And why not - At end game lee and clementine skip off into a sunset and find themselfs outside a home and it smells like hot dish night then... lee goes in and chet and all the other fallen people are sitting at a table and then the next day everybody realised Duck wasnt bit he was just coming down with a cold AND the bullet missed - Katjaa - she was learning a new move for a her dog at home! ( play dead ) and carley AND doug get married.

Why not have BEN find the cure whilst your at it.

and lets have Larry alive and well and it secretly turns out he is gay and loves lee.

And the crew go to the swimming pool the next day!

EDIT: Then Beatrice and Irene were bulletproof!

When everyone we ever met on our travels sits down to eat - there is a knock on the door, Its lilly and a few zombies too! they all sit down and eat and lee gives the zombies a cinderella doll!
then the zombies stand up and leave and lilly sees her dad after the zombies leave and its a typical running to eachover in a sunset field and hugging scene! Then lilly says '' i love you, Dad. ''

Larry then replies - I know, i have charm coming out of my ass!
then The St.Johns and maybelle AND maybelles baby laugh until the neighbours - Jolene and danelle complain!

EDIT: When the zombies came down to eat Lee and Carley got bit :O but need not worry because the hot dish made by chet was bite proof and the smell cured all the zombies at the table too! because there IS a cure for the zombies.

HOT DISH NIGHT CONFIRMED FOR SEASON2!!!

After eating the zombies leave and disintergrate in the sun chet turns out to be a serial killer and slashes Kenny, Ducks and Katjaas dog It turns out katjaa did teach the dog how to play dead and the dog bit and killed chet. The player is now confronted with the most hardest choice in the world
- Who will lee marry: Brenda St john - the fake cannibal or Katjaa - The vet who acts like a doctor.

If the players Choose Katjaa she cuts you up the next morning trying to practise some skills but fear not the stranger is a medic and uses his magical powers of stalking to track down katjaa ( who has lees liver and legs ) larry and lilly get married to only find out that lilly cant have babys she adops a baby called Barry, barry is Rick grimes reincarnation and barry shoots everyone Lee Katjaa/Brenda and clem escape they walk into mcdonalds to see carley working there it turns out she wasnt a reporter after all....

Lee has some chicken wings
Katjaa has a salad ( she needs it )
Brenda has some horse meat burgers.
Clem has a happy meal.

After the credits we see the crew + carley sitting on a hill they hear steps behind them it turns out to be glenn!! Carley still thinks walkers are about and mistakes glenn for a walker and shoots him. Lee has a choice - Muderer carley or not murder her
If the player keeps her she ends up killing your wife! or if you treated carley really bad clem.

I wouldn't get past a Clem death. I would just turn off the game and never look into the series again.

Clementine found both of her parents alive and she has to choose between them or Lee.
Also, Lee woke up from a coma and realized that it was all a dream xD

You do have a point there, but I didn't even think of the possibility that they'd carry over characters from Season 1 until after I completed it and had that alt. ending wish. Until then I was assuming they'd start from scratch with new characters. It sounds stupid now I know... oh well!

It's a shame... I guess... in a way. Yeah, not something I can explain but I can understand that viewpoint :L If Season 2 isn't Clem-connected it would have just been interesting to have as an option for me at least

Honestly, I think it might have been better to have Clem die. Playing through the game, I didn't ever think "Whoa. They mean business. They're taking serious risks." Oh no, the killed of the main character... yeah, and so has every other story that wanted a sad ending. So what?
Oh, but they killed a child. So? We barely knew the kid, and that was still the most emotionally torn up I got.
Oh, they killed your maybe-sort of-almost love interest. Again, so has every other game that wanted a dark story. And they didn't even give you time to feel bad about it. They just rushed you to the next scheduled death
If Clementine died I would have actually thought that Tell Tale was serious about how dark the game was. I still have not cried once through the entire TWD game.

The fact that Clementine is not dead is actually sadder to me than if she had died.

I mean, she has to survive in the damn apocalypse now. She has to live with the living dead. No child should have to deal with that.

Not to mention the terrible things she's already been through, like (almost) eating human meat, seeing her parents as zombies, and having to shoot (or leave to die) the man who essentially guided and protected her through the first few months of the apocalypse (maybe we should have a new term for people like Lee. Apocalyptic Adoptive Parent, anyone?).

Had she just died like everyone else, she would have at least been spared from all of the terrible things that she's been through. Of course, that depends on when she died in Season 1. Had she died at the end like Lee, then she would at least be spared from Godknowswhat in Season 2.

I mean, who knows what shit she's going to have to face in Season 2? Bless her brave little soul.

Lee turns into black gordon freeman,grows back an arm (depending on whether you chopped it off or not) is no longer infected,mows through all the zombies saving Clementine,finds Kenny somehow alive,then they find Christa and Omid they all establish a huge community and find Rick and his group,they also work together with every human in the world to rid the world of the zombies.....oh crap,it was my most horrible ending.

Don't know if something like this has already been mentioned, but one of the worst i could think of would be if the stranger sexually assaulted Clem, then she's bitten after Lee passes out in the street and watches the walkers rip Lee's guts out and devour him. Afterward she locks herself in the jewelry store and turns into a walker after dying a slow, painful death.

Ugh, i feel sick just writing that.

dont forget she eats her parents/her dad was arrested for 'touching kids' as kenny would say and she is locked in a room with him and clem is slowly turning and sadly her dad is a necro... Sorry if this upsets/offends this IS the worst ending i can think off

Not really a really bad ending but no point in trying to top the others. Christa has a miscarriage, the baby zombifies and chews Christa's stomach open. Christa thens becomes a zombie and kills Omid.

xD christas grandparents jump into the room all ninja style ( they watch kung fu movies? ) but its too late they're dead. the noise of the glass shattering caused omid and christa ( zombies) to attack them.

The ending we got, except Clementine fails to fight off that cop zombie, gets eaten, Lee's watch on in horror for a minute, then turns into a zombie himself and eats what's left of Clementine. Cue credits!







That would have been an ending that rivals even The Human Condition in sheer soul shattering bleakness.

If you chose to have Clem walk away from Lee in season 1, he shows up at the end of season 2 as a walker and eats her.

Seriously. If Telltale were to pull a stunt like that, it wouldn't be "ballsy" or "daring". It would just be cruel and sadistic.

Worst ending I can think of? Everyone in the group dies one by one during the trip to the Marsh House. Finally, Lee, starting to feel the effects of his bite, staggers into the building alone. Inside the doorway is a large staircase. At the top of the stairs stands Campman, laughing. Lee demands the he gives Clementine back. Campman obliges and tosses Lee her severed head. Enraged, Lee chases Campman up the stairs. He finally catches up to him on the roof, tackling him. With his hands around Campman's throat, Lee demands to know why this man took everything away from him. Campman reveals that he had absolutely no motive, it was just fun. With no more humanity left, Lee savagely beats Campman until his face is caved in. Once that's done, he gets up and staggers to the edge of the roof. He looks down and sees that the herd has made it to the Marsh House and there's a crowd of walkers filling the whole street. Lee cries and whispers "For Clementine" and then steps off the roof to his death. Credits.

But that's just off the top of my head.
