Purchased walking dead and didn't download

Hi, I purchased the walking dead multi pack from inside the free game. It has taken the money from my bank account but I have no game.

Did you download episodes 2-5 after you bought the multi-pack? If not, click the Episodes tab on the game menu. You should see a box that say get for each episode. Then press get. Unfortunately for me, I can't download the episodes on my iPad 2...

I bought the multi pack also, hit get and did download each episode, but cannot get to episodes 2 -5.

Thank you very much, ali-r! I was able to get episode 2 working, but I still have to download the files for the other episodes. It took me bunch of tries after I put the files onto my iPad.

I am having the same problems with the game as everyone else. i use a 4th gen ipad and have purchased the 2-5 episodes and the episode screen says 'get' at each episode, after purchasing them I immediately started downloading episode 2 and noticed it going very slow (not what you would expect from something you've just paid over £10 or $15 for) and so I left it to download for over an hour and came back to find it stuck at 97% for episode 1. I've tried restarting my iPad and downloading again. Nothing. And the money has been deducted from my account already. Anyone have any tips on how to sort this? Dying to play it as episode one was fantastic.

I'm having the same problem. Purchased episodes 2-5 and when I hit the get button to start to download it will start and than stop. Someone help?

I've been having the same problem I finally got the 2nd episode to download after 4 days and then it took like 6 hours after comleting that episode I'm having the same problem with the 3rd episode 4 n 5 as well does anyone know how to fix this it obvious that telltale games doesn't email me at jmoore4926@icloud.com the device I'm using is the iphone4 by the way

So they don't fix an issue which has been around for over a month, then block the instructions on how to fix it yourself. Crazy technical support!

I was having the same trouble on a second generation iPad. It would load up to 99% and hang for hours. I tired it many times and checked my Internet connections.

I finally got episodes 2-5 to download after I removed The Walking Dead from my recent application list (stopping the running process and forcing a restart). After that they all loaded faster and finally completed.

It's frustrating to not have it work, but it really sucks that no one is getting any response from Telltale.

I have purchased and restored it but no way to download like you guys faced.. Really wanna shoot someone like in this game.. Fu ..beep... I'm using the high speed broadband here but the system still not be able to catch.. What the hell this game want? Is this a joke? Come on ..I give the developer to solve this issues in 2 days time. Not sure if this might help somone... I managed to download episode 2 on the first try, after reading about it somewhere(forgot where). I set the iPad's auto-lock to Never, so it wouldn't go to sleep due to inactivity. Might work for some...haven't tried downloading other episodes yet...far too happy to just get to play one more episode. Try it...might be lucky.

same problem here with ep 2 hanging on 99%. during dl i set my auto lock on ipad 4 to never and success.... coincidence? but it worked.. thank you!
