I remember reading 2014 a couple of days ago on the Steam update page. Needless to say, I was fucking pissed

Was happy to see that they went ahead and clarified that today, I can't wait until fall 2014 to play S2

Hooray nonetheless.

Perhaps the season 1.5 filler episode will be the backstory of the a new main-character. That way, in season 2, we can start right back where we left off and not have it feel quite as awkward.

The Walking Dead producers have estimated season 2 to come out autumn 2013. Stand-by gamers!

This is wonderful news and I can't wait. I'm sure people have mentioned this before but it would be nice if the filler episode would be the back story when Lee and the group first met up with Mark and just expand upon that three month gap between episode one and two. I think everyone here would like to see the old gang and their favorite characters again, including old grumpy Larry one last time.

That doesn't make sense though because we are left with a cliffhanger at the end of season 1 so I'd expect that Telltale would show what happened to Clementine after she meets the two people on the hill. Maybe they are even walkers? But fortunatly Clem now knows how to protect herself. She will turn out to be like Carl on The Walking Dead tv show by AMC (Rick the main character's son) But good theory bro I could be wrong its just my opinion.STAY AWESOME!

I said that it could be back-story for season 2's main character, not that season 1 events would be ignored. My theoretical bonus episode would simply be building up the main character for season 2, so that we are better able to empathize with him/her. I predict that such an episode would end on that hill and, guess what, you see a little girl in the distance. Or, at the very least, the episode could end with a strong implication that you are heading to the countryside. It is somewhat subtle, but enough for most long-time fans to pick up.

So Season 2 comes at some point this fall...and the season 1.5 comes sometime before then?? Do we know when the 1.5 ep will be out or not officially yet?

I realy hope Telltale have learnd someting from last season and release episodes on time (or at least is honest enough not to market the game with monthly release) and release episodes on all platforms at the same time....

they did improve as season 1 went on, andfor episode 5 had managed a pretty close knit release schedule even for the euro psn.

i'll be sticking with steam,

does anyone know if the xbox achievments where fixed ?

The only other thing that's known so far is that they're working on something TWD related before season 2 and that season 2 itself is planned to come out in the Fall of this year.
