Looks weird, yet classy in a suit.

Seconded.

Also, since this thread has become more of a general X-Men thread, I've renamed it as such.

Healing would be nice. And super smarts, that'd be cool too, although since brain cells would never really die I guess that'd kinda be a side benefit of the healing, so yeah. Healing'd be my number one choice.

I'd like shape shifting or that diamond body Emma Frost can make.

OK, weird question, but if you're a guy, and you shapeshift into a woman, could you get pregnant?

I read somewhere Mystique impregnated women as a man so I assume the reverse is true. Mystique has been pregnant so I wonder if she shape shifted into a man in those 9 months.

Time manipulation would be nice.
(Even if it was only short term. Like I could Quick Save/Load. In fact that would be my mutant name: QuickSave)
But since that's a little OP for a mutant power I'll take the ability to manipulate people to do what I want.
(For the greater good of course! ;D)

Does anyone know if there will be a sequel to the Astonishing X-Men motion comic? I watched all of Gifted-Unstoppable on Netflix.

I just picked up a subscription to Marvel Unlimited. It's pretty cool, though difficult to read things in multiple series in the order they came out, which is annoying when you get to the big crossover events. I'm trying to get to the Civil War event in every comic I care about at the same time.

But anywho, I'm picking up most of the comics where I left off around 2005 and boy did I figure out what made me lose interest in X-Men. Chris Claremont still writes comics today exactly the same way he did in the 70s. Blech. Luckily it looks like I don't have too far to go before Brubaker takes over.

It also looks like there's a ton of mini-series that have happened since I stopped reading, both X-Men and otherwise. Any suggestions as to good ones since 2005? Read X-Men Deadly Genesis already because I remembered it being a big deal right as I was losing interest in spending that much money on comics.

The implication that this is a BAD thing is confusing.

I'm quite sad that they haven't asked Kelsey Grammer to come back as Beast for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Nicholas Hoult was fine as an inexperienced scientist for Beast's origin tale. But I can't see him portraying the intellectual, refined Beast for a movie that's supposed to take place after X-Men: The Last Stand.

It's past and future cast though so he could still play the young inexperienced one.

I think they should have a cameo of that guy whose mutant power is being completely covered with eyes. I always felt so sorry for him. He even had eyes inside his body. Like in his stomach.

Geez Morrison-era mutants are stupid, goofy things.
