M'kay, so here's my problem. I broke in to the KOT's castle, stole the records, and brought them back to Homestar. The cutscene happened, which seemed to indicate that things were back to normal. But once the scene was finished, Homestar was still moping around the kitchen and SB's room, and the record had disappeared from my inventory. I figured that was kind of weird, but I kept on with the game (specifically, took Marzipan's balloons, put them on the heavy lourde, ran the race and beat Coach Z's time). Homestar was still sad, so I went to the KOT's castle, assuming there was some glitch and I had to steal the record again, but the plunger is gone and and The Poopsmith won't leave the right-hand whatsit pile. SB gives the warning for when he's about to move, but nothing comes of it. I also invariably get caught by Strong Mad. Anybody know of any way to fix this? I'm running the game on PC, by the way.

It's not a glitch. The records aren't the only reason Homestar is down and crashing at SB's place. Talk to the other Homestars to figure out what else you need to do.

Ah... I see. I looked at a walkthrough to see if I'd done anything wrong and it didn't mention anything, but I'll check. Thanks!

ok what you do is win the race "give" the trophy to homestar get marzipan back and then he'll leave
I know theres a guide but oh well

you gotta win the race to get him out the the game room , then you gottaget marzipan back.
