Sam and Max DVD not arrived.
I placed the order for the Sam & Max Season 2 DVD two weeks ago but no DVD has arrived. My account says the item has shipped but that no tracking number is available. What can be done?

Do you live outside the US? If so it can unfortunately take up to 4 weeks to reach international locations. I would wait a couple weeks and if it still has not arrived send in an email to support@telltalegames.com and we can send you out a replacement.
