I think you should stop putting spoilers in topic titles. Not everybody's played up to this game yet.
Anyway, here's some hints. The fourth one is the solution Chippy's song is playing from his current cartridge. You've seen game cartridges somewhere else in this episode. You need to replace his cartridge with one of the Mimesweeper cartridges from the train station. You can't get across, but where do you think that crack above them leads? Use the paper clip chain you got from Satan on the crack in the sidewalk on the street, then give Chippy the Mimesweeper cartridge.

get some forbidden fruit of knowledge cider, and pour it in the "punch" at Lincoln's bachelor party. Then, use the bone saw you got from Sam's personal hell (if you don't have it you can go back there) and use it on the monster.
