Default >TellTale Please Help!<

i am aware that a few others have had the same problem as me, but when i try to download episode two, something keeps popping up saying i lost connection and need to restart the download. i havent gotten past 50% for the past day of re-attempting to download. I know my internet connection is fine and i have nothing else operating on my computer besides the download. So Telltale can you please help me? whether there's something wrong with my copy, or with the server? i payed my 25 dollars and know it will be worth it eventually, but it's just this technical issue is stopping me from enjoying your product. Please Help.

Yes, it'll be worth it. The bugs are a pain, but the game will be great. Until then, keep flyin'.

maybe try at a different time of day if your internet provider is popular/ check your internet is not being used by others at the same time check your download limit.

also if its ttg you bought it from have you tried saving it ? instead of choosing 'run'

TTG is just barely above indie and their servers don't seem to be able to handle the amount of interest TWD is generating.

I'd suggest simply buying from Steam next time. Their servers are much more reliable.
