Default TWD can't download episode 2-5

Hi!!! I have a problem about my iPhone 4. I tried many times to purchase episode 2-5 but I can't and it has a message"Your Purchase could not be completed. Comtact iTunes Store Support to complete the transaction." and "Unable to complete purchase: a network error occurred". I tried to delete it and download again for many times but it is the same and have a message like this too. Can anybody help me to fix this???

"I understand that you are having difficulty purchasing in iTunes Store. It appeared that you are not authorized to obtain content from the US iTunes Store. We are unable to provide further information regarding this situation. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.",they said. I use Us iTunes Store but I'm not in US now.

And one more."I'm sorry to hear that you have trouble with your account and you would like to know the cause behind it. At the moment, per our policy, I am not able to provide you with details about why the account is in the state that it's in. The best thing to do is to review our terms of sale for using the iTunes Store with your account. You should be able to use the account again automatically if the guidelines are followed.", they said.

I am not sure what you expect TTG to do, if you have a problem with Apple.

There are technical ways to make iTunes think you are in the USA, by using a VPN, but that would probably be against Apples Policy. I can only guess, because I don't feel like perusing a most likely long legal document.
