Default Class Action Lawsuit

So there's a known issue and the company hasn't taken any action. My requests for a refund via facebook, this website and email have gone unanswered. In order to get my money back my only option is a class action lawsuit. In this type of lawsuit, a party may have only suffered damages of amounts even as low as just a few dollars, however, the damages are much more when the total damages suffered by the class are calculated. My brother in law (who I also bought a copy for Christmas) is a lawyer and seems to be happy to head this thing up. Please reply with any interst.

Here is a link where EA sports lost a class action suit (not on the same ground but they had a similar issue about a year ago with Madden 11 that was brought into it)

I thought the EA suit was more of an anti-trust issue where EA has exclusive rights to all football titles (NFL, NCAA, etc), and this was deemed anti-competitive?

I think the Walking Dead issue is more to do with TTG failing to adhere to providing a product that meets general quality requirements, but the individual gamers have no legal obligation to receive a quality product.

I just think it's pathetic TTG continues to receive awards from the public even though they are basically offering a terrible quality product and failing to support their product.

Your brother-in-law is happy to head this thing up because he will get paid for it. He secretly thinks you're an idiot for doing this.

Trust me. He does.

I don't even care about my $25. It's the principle. These companies are just robbing us by taking $25 and giving a completely broken product, then refusing to even reply to emails or answer the phone when we ask for help.

I support this class action lawsuit, if for no other reason than to put TTG out of business. I don't care if his brother makes a million bucks in the process.
You may not care about your $25. Multiply $25 or $70 (which is what I paid for the Collectors Edition for my son) by 200 thousand or so and thats alot of money for this company to make for a completely useless product.

Please, for the love of God do this. And feel free to tack on my game as well. I'm so sick of not hearing anything back. They know full well what they have done, and should be fess up to the problem. It's one thing to sell a faulty product, but to do it and know that all of them crashed is another. It shows the true color of these people, and I won't pick up another game of theirs even if my life depended on it.
And if you are going to do this... add my name to the list because I am not calling or emailing anymore. I just thank God I don't do what I normally do and buy the collectors edition... then I would be really pissed.

I will too get on board with this as the main reason I purchased the entire XBOX system is for this game specifically as my wife is a huge fan of the show, I also got her the $70 collector edition via Gamestop and this game is unplayable. I was blown away at how bad it is. I have the 4Gb slim and was thinking about adding the 320Gb HDD anyway, does anyone know if that helps the game performance? Also, maybe we get a mass petition going to Microsoft if there isn't already. I'm sure they would not be pleased to know one of their developers are putting out such flawed software on their system and not providing proper customer support.
