Episode 2 on steam
I got Episode 1 on Steam and the promotion said Episode 2-5 will be free but I don't see it available. When will it be available and will it let me know how to download it? Thanks.

They are downloaded automatically. You can start them in-game.
In the games main menu click "Play". On the next screen select a savegame, and click "Play". On the top of the next screen select the Episode you want to play.
