Hey,
I know Nintendo is sort of messed up with the way they run WiiWare, but I was wondering if anyone had any word on when Tales is coming out for the wii?

Yeah, I was wondering about this myself. I was originally going to preorder the PC version, but that nagging voice of paranoia in the back of my head told me to wait and try the demo after it came out. Now I'm glad I did, because it seems the increased graphical specs of TMI (compared to previous Telltale games) are too much for my poor GeForce 3 to handle (don't laugh!). Looks like I'm going to have to get the Wii version.

By the same token, here's another question: can anyone provide a rough, ballpark estimate of how much memory/how many blocks of space the episodes will occupy? I eventually want to have all five episodes stored off-line, so that when WiiWare eventually gets outmoded (it *will* happen, someday...my paranoid voice says so), I'll still have them stored offline. Will I be able to fit all five eps onto the Wii's default storage, or am I going to need to invest in an SD card?

An SD card is an absolute necessity for Wiiware! I got 4GB one for a handful of dollars, and it's working out just fine.

Yeah, I'm wondering if anyone has any idea when we can expect the Wiiware release too. I know they were aiming for "around" the time of the PC release, but since it's out now I'm hoping for a little more specific timeframe.

In the US new WiiWare games come out on Monday... so check next Monday the 13th, but I'm guessing it'll be the Monday after that, the 20th.
