I've evened out the meter for all the bands except Pomstar. How do I go about accomplishing such a task.

During rehearsal, Homestar had to be coached along through his lyrics... So its obvious that somehow he is being coached along by "someone" during his performance.

Progressive hints below

Try talking to Pom Pom and see what happens.
Apperantly, Pom Pom is coaching Homestar along with those radio headphones on his head, and Homestar repeats anything he hears through them.
Try talking to Strong Sad now...
Notice how Homestar's headset picks up any nearby ambient radio signal?
Let's use that to our advantage and feed him our own brand of "help".
Wouldn't it be cool if all of a sudden he stated talking gibberish...
Like Blubbo's whale does? (Try talking to it, and see what happens?)
Guess the radio signal from the whale must not be strong enough...
Got any ideas for amplifying it?
Some sort of antenna should do the trick.
Like the one in the locker room.
Use the antenna on the whale and try talking to it.
No good eh? Signal must still be too weak.
Maybe the antenna just needs adjusting?
Click the antenna until it is aimed at the stage, then talk to the whale

all you have to do is pought the hanger (witch is found in the tracks bathroom)and use it on the whale and point it to homestar you will know when it is pointing to homestar (aka dumbstar) he will say some thing weard and the aud aunce will start booing bat boy out
