I think I've encountered a glitch, this is weird.

I have to get back to the artifact case, because I just poured the gold in and I have to get back and pry out the turtle. I'm trying to find the artifact case, I follow the video and it's all fine until 8:57. Notice how at 8:57 he's at the altar, then he goes left. So I go left, and like him come back to that same area I was just in. Now here's where it gets messed up, notice how at 9:02 he goes down. Well I do that to but he ends up in a different area than me. WTF?? I don't end up where he does. i went the same way but end up somewhere different. WTF is going on? I gotta get back to that artifact case. Any help?

I think you are doing it wrong.
I finish this chapter without any glitch, so you prob go the wrong way.
Don't use the walktrough try to think yourself :P

I tried myself for an hour and couldn't get back to that spot, so I used that video but it's like his game is different than mine. It's odd. The only thing I can think of is that mine is a review copy so it may be bugged or not final code.

when you see the rowboat, keep going left, but that's not your biggest problem...

Go as far left as you can in the jungle. (after you poured the fake gold over the cliff where you fell)
