I can't activate Sam&Max
Hello,
I'm trying to activate Sam&Max episode 1. I preordered the season 1 bundle on the 29th of October via creditcard. I got the download link. After downloading and installing it, I click "I've already purchased this game", fill in my order number and my password (the password I use for the telltale website) and I get the attached error message. When I click ok I am brought back to the menu where you chose "I've already purchased this game". I tried logging out from the Telltale site before inputting my password but it doesn't work. How do I fix this? |

Use the "activation support" button in the launcher. This has happend a lot of people (me too)

I got an email just now from the staff saying the server issues have been solved.
I tried it and it works (though with my old password, which I changed about 2 hours ago). I'm glad to see it was resolved so quickly. Thanks to the staff! |
