It is possible, but in my opinion, it clashes with her previous,established image. Throughout the series, she was a good, sometimes erratic helper. We've never seen much malice or underhand behaviour from her. She was mysterious, true, but as soon as I entered the House of Mojo, I knew I'd get some advice.
In ToMI, it is a bit different. She's still helpful, but much more enigmatic, even scary. Kinda reminds me of Elaine, both of them tell you what to do without giving any explanations. And seeing her as a godlike being is a whole new kind of experience and (in my opinion) a shift from her previous image.
The seagull seems suspicious, always following you... A spy?
