Default Windows display frozen upon exiting Sam & Max

I'm having this problem where exiting Sam & Max freezes the Windows display to the last open window, and it never updates. The mouse cursor keeps updating just fine, reacting to the windows that should have been updated to the screen, but I just can't see what I'm doing. I have to reboot to fix this problem.

I've only played the game twice so far, but this happened both times and makes me a bit cautious before booting it up again.

My Windows desktop runs in 1400x900, while Sam & Max runs in 1024x768.

Hi TiLT,

Try running the game in a window instead of full screen. You can change this in the options menu or by pressing alt-enter. Does the problem still occur?
