In Chapter Two he appears when you dig the treasure and once more when you go back and talk to the two pirates.

In Chapter Three, he's after the credits - next to the treasure chest.

That crab might serve some importance and might help Murray return. One can only dream.

I'm fine if that's it for Murray, but I hope it isn't. I would love to see more of him, just a few cameos like the popups in MI3. Witness at Guybrush's trial perhaps?
